Thank you for your time and interview points you gave me on Sunday. It has paid off ! I just got back from the meeting with the writer/director and producer and by the time I got home I had an email offer waiting for me to join the production. The Art Of Continuity class taught by you has unsurpassed any other that is out there, you are a champion in the film maker world.

Who knew! Landing a commercial gig with vfx a couple of weeks after taking the course - you can’t make this stuff up. The term PLATES was not foreign to me because of the course. Now I must admit that it was a challenging job, but without the vfx course it would have been intimidating. As I move further into my career, I look forward to more courses from Dawn that will increase my knowledge of script supervising.

My Work
I have worked on a few horror and action films. This year started with a fast-paced Kung Fu movie, and I am now finishing up another feature this week. I worked on a short called Boyfighter in 2025 on Hulu.
Dawn's Motto
It is not your job to argue or demand your way. It is not your film. You are not the director.
Dawn has helped me hone my craft in a way where I not just simply do the job, but I emphasize it in a neat and readable style - from prep to wrap. Since taking this course, I have had people mention how neat my forms look in prep and how helpful they are to them, especially when there is a lot of information to track.

My Work
I've been so lucky and grateful to work on shows that I am proud of and that I love. Some of my favorites have been Daisy Jones and the Six, The Residence, The Last Thing He Told Me, Crater, Dark Winds, and Better Call Saul. I find it so surreal that I am currently working on The Morning Show.
Dawn's Motto
"Be the best script supervisor for the job." It really motivates me to be at my best every day.
I started my career in New Mexico, and I feel taking Dawn's course set me apart in a huge way in my hometown. It helped me to grow and move to Los Angeles to work on bigger productions. Dawn always pushes us to go above and beyond and to do more than what is expected. Her passion for the craft is unmatched, and she truly cares for her students.

My Work
I recently wrapped a musical-feature film, titled, Reimagined, that is set to be released at the end of 2026. A handful of features I've script supervised have gotten streaming deals - Church People, Marvel's Madame Web and a Horror/Thriller from the producers of SAW titled, Twisted.
Dawn's Motto
There are so many good ones, but I always really loved the way Dawn would sign off from her videos - "alright... peace!
TAOC went beyond script supervising. It gave me a structure and a foundation that a film school would have never been able to do. TAOC was a connector of all things filmmaking. We were learning to be script supervisors but evolving and graduating the course as editors, directors and crew members with a strong work ethic and set etiquette. I always felt incredibly lucky and grateful that I can reach out to her or the TAOC group at any moment.

Dawn's Motto
I tell people several things I got from Dawn. I know my angles. If you jump the line, now are you going to jump it back. The three things that always saves me in production: Always get your story chronological approved by the director. Send script questions directly to the director. Estimated timings matters.
Training matters, I tell everyone to get proper training as a Script Supervisor because there is a difference between a Scripty and a Script Supervisor.

My Work
Just finished How To Train Your Dragon 2. I also worked on the first live-action remake of How To Train Your Dragon. Between the two projects, I worked with Edgar Wright on The Running Man.
Dawn's Motto
Be the best Script Supervisor for the project.
Dawn is a wonderful mentor and a true trailblazer. She teaches us to be clear and concise, care about how our notes look and follow our paperwork. Dawn’s contributions have elevated the craft; she’s always looking ahead and advancing the role as the industry evolves.

My Work
I have been lucky enough to work on multiple films each year for the past few years; traveling to Denver, Boston, Atlanta, Tampa, New York, New Jersey. I have mainly worked on short films and have also gained experience on second unit and reshoots for feature films, as well as commercial work.
Dawn's Motto
Two mottos stand out to me, first is that I write down what the camera shoots and what's in that frame is what is important, second is easy access and organization of that information so I can provide the answers someone needs quickly and effectively.
This is an extremely effective and thorough course for Script Supervision. The combination of written textbook, videos, tests, and hands on coursework takes you through all aspects of Script Supervision. You learn how Dawn is thinking in real time as she is watching a take, how she writes and organizes the information. I was initially self-taught and then tried a couple online courses, but TAOC is the most comprehensive industry standard education for a Script Supervisor.

My Work
Over the years, I have worked on numerous television movies, TV series, and feature films. I am most proud of is my recent work: a movie-inspired commercial campaign for Mazda that launched during the 98th Academy Awards. The campaign was groundbreaking and highly successful approach within the automotive industry.
Dawn's Motto
“Be the best Script Supervisor for the project.” Dawn has always emphasized that regardless of the size or scope of a production, you should give it your full commitment and strive to do your very best.
Dawn has always been, and continues to be, an inspiration in this craft. Her dedication, professionalism, and work ethic are truly admirable. The class gave me a tremendous leverage at the beginning of my career, and taking it was one of the best decisions I made before entering the industry. I highly recommend it to anyone wishing to pursue this career. Thank you for everything, Dawn!

My Work
I have been working on various short films. More recently, multiple Vertical Episodics and was a Script PA on Euphoria Season 3. I have been accepted into the Script Supervisor’s Training & Apprenticeship Program by IATSE Local 871.
Dawn's Motto
"You only want to be where you’re supposed to be."
Dawn is one of the best mentors of the craft, and best in the craft in general. Although I still have half of the course to go, I feel as if I know infinitely more than I did when I started – and that is thanks to Dawn and her teachings. There is so much effort and pride she puts into this course, and you can feel that through the TAOC Workbook and countless hours of videos of the craft she puts out to her students.

The commercial world has truly been a treat over the past few years! It's provided me with opportunities to film, work with actors and directors whom I've admired over the years on seven-day campaigns (Ford and Chase Bank). Everything that I've learned throughout the years from film and commercials pushes me to continue striving for excellence. Level up season is year round.
Dawn's Motto
"Determine what is most important to the scene."
Dawn's guidance and generosity accelerated my career in ways that I couldn't imagine. Working in tandem with her on Back In Action & Black Adam was like taking a Master Class in script supervision. Wait, I already did that - it's called The Art of Continuity. Learning from a professional whose set the bar HIGH and requires 1000% effort from her students in class, the same can be expected when working with her on set.
