TROUBLESHOOTING

When the operating systems changed in January 2018, Adobe Connect was messed up. It’s been difficult sometimes to get the videos to play.

1. Try different browsers – Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome

2. Cut and paste – Copy the video link (Command key + C), then paste into a NEW browser

The Adobe Connect room, AKA “The Classroom,” is for:

• Homework assignments

• The TAOC Workbook AKA “The Workbook”

• Various downloads

• Most Videos PASSCODE: TRUST (All CAPS) - found in the Homework Assignment Pod at the bottom - scroll down

To download the TAOC Workbook on your devices

• Install the latest free Adobe Reader App OR any current PDF reader

• Email a copy of the TAOC Workbook to yourself.

• Open your email on your device and open the Workbook that was sent to you.

• It requires a PDF reader. Adobe Reader is good for this. It synchs with Acrobat Pro, if you have subscribed to that as well.

The Adobe Reader must be version 10 or higher to open Workbook!

Be trustworthy and not share this with anyone.

   • Highlight or make notes.

2. COMPLETE the HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT

   • Combine each assignment into "1" file

3. WATCH the VIDEO LESSON and all other videos

4. RE-READ the LESSON

5. REVISIT the HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENT

   • Make any changes

6. WAIT for HOMEWORK REVIEW from Dawn

   • RE-READ the LESSON

   • RE-WATCH the VIDEOS

   • REVISE your HOMEWORK if necessary

   • SEARCH the ARCHIVES for more understanding

     • Another source of learning

7. WAIT for private VIDEO REVIEW of Lesson

   • Sent to your gmail account

8. READ at least ten to fifteen (10 to 15) of the latest messages in the chat group to bring you up to speed.

9. STUDY BUDDY: Search the post "STUDY BUDDY" and find you a study buddy………….
