HOW TO S T A R T

1. CONSULTATION FEE
o $150.00 per hour
o 2 hour minimum
2. METHOD OF PAYMENT
o Send payment via PayPal

o Under “Family or Friends”

3. CHOOSE YOUR DATE:
o The list of dates will be TBD
4. CHOOSE YOUR SESSION:
o Morning (9am until 11am)
o Afternoon (1pm until 3pm)
o Evening (7:30 pm until 9:30 pm)
5. CHOOSE HOW MANY HOURS:
o Want more than the 2-hour minimum? Choose an
additional day. You don’t want to overwhelm yourself with
information. It can be booked at the end of your session.

6. EMAIL THE INFORMATION:
o Email the information back to:
Theartofcontinuity@gmail.com and you will get a
confirmation for the Date, Session and Session Hours.
o Also include the subject matter you’d like to enhance.
o Send a sample of your script notes.
7. TO DO LIST:
o Write down your questions.
o Have a good internet connection.
8. YOUR SESSION:
o A videotape of the Session will be provided
o Print out also available for future reference
o Invitation to the next MONTHLY LECTURE for Continuity
on Demand Online class.
